Ender Holloway left Arizona in the rearview mirror, taking his band to L.A. for their big break while leaving behind his high school sweetheart, Skye, with a promise to return once the band got established. But, when this new taste of fame takes hold, Ender becomes distant until he ultimately stops communicating with Skye.
     Now that Skye and everything he once knew is just a glimmer of his past, Ender has no plans to return to Arizona until he receives an invitation to his high school reunion, and his longtime bandmate, Talon, convinces him to go. This blast from the past wasn't supposed to lead anywhere, but he suddenly finds himself face-to-face with the one thing he'd thought he'd buried years ago.
