He was in my past and I should’ve left him there, but a chance encounter that almost got me killed brought him back into my life. Too bad he was dangerously off-limits. I’d be doing much better if I could just get him off my mind.

     You’d think after running into your first love for the first time in over a decade, it’d be easy to forget about him, but something deep inside just won’t let go. And if I follow my yearning to be near him, I might just end up dead.
