With Thanksgiving just two short days away, I find myself reflecting on this past year and the fact that time has truly flown by. I've watched my children begin their last years in elementary and middle school, respectively, as I inwardly prepare for the true chaos my life will become as they move on to new schools next year. My husband had a major career change this year and then had a business thrust upon him and has handled it with strength and poise through it all. And this is the first full year that I've put a great deal of focus into my writing. Yes, I've been writing for years, but I never pursued it so fully. I didn't put the time and attention into it that it truly deserved. But here we are in November of 2017 and I've released three books this year with one more on its way and available before the year runs out. I'm over the moon about how my life has changed and so incredibly thankful for all the blessings that have come my way. I've met some incredible people this year: authors, readers, and event coordinators alike! I've gained new fans and friends! I've been to events that I never thought possible! This year has been an absolute dream. But it never would have happened without all of the amazing people in my life. My family, my friends, my fans! You're all so amazing and I'm truly blessed to have each and every one of you in my life. So while I'm blathering on and on, let me just say that this has been my happiest year yet, and I look forward to the years to come! I hope you all have a very happy Thanksgiving!!!
